Mr. Vishwambharlal Malik


Mr. V. L. Malik, starting his career as a Mechanical Engineer holds more than 45 years of work experience in Engineering & Quality Management. He has worked with companies like NOCIL, Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and Mazagon Dock. He strongly believed that “Talent without Opportunities & Opportunities without Talent hold no meaning” and with this vision founded Bonace in the year 1995. Under his able and inspiring leadership, Bonace has served conglomerates like Reliance, Tata Group, BPCL, L&T and deployed resources for various prestigious projects. Mr. Malik’s vision has always been continuous development of self, his family and all his employees whom he has considered his extended family. He presides over committee meetings and is responsible for taking management decisions.

Mr. Rishi V. Malik


Mr. Rishi Malik , a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Stream from Mumbai University and Masters in Business Administration from S.P. Jain, Mumbai began his career with Accenture Services. He joined Bonace group in the year 2009 as a millennial representative bringing newer perspectives to the organization. He built upon the business gradually developing strategic operating plans reflecting long-term objectives. He is a mentor and guide to his first line managers. Purpose-driven and strong on values, under his leadership, the company has diversified further into Fire & Safety Services and Insurance Domain.

Mrs.Shruti Malik

Head Finance

Mrs. Shruti Rishi Malik, an IT graduate joined Bonace Group in 2011. Her professional tenure includes a stint of 3+ years with Accenture Services wherein she was completely involved with the Barclays Project. She has implemented the Payroll Software in the organization and has also automated a few other processes using her IT expertise. She closely works with the Accounts and Payroll team to ensure a smooth timely payroll of 2000+ employees across the country in line with the statutory and regulatory requirements. Her strong, supportive and spontaneous nature has ensured the team meets all its deadlines with accuracy.

Mr. Sahil Malik

Vertical Head (Delhi)

A Delhi University graduate & MBA in International Business, Mr. Sahil Malik is spearheading the northern operations & has a pivotal role in expanding the Delhi office. Mr. Sahil has strong business acumen and has successfully handled multiple assignments for prestigious clients like EIL & IGL.

Mrs. Priyanka Pandey

Head HR

She has over 20 years of experience in the field of counselling and enhancing human potential. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and is a Trained Transformational Coach. At Bonace, she has been working in close conjunction with the Team Leads promoting organization values and developing team-spirit. She has been looking into Talent Acquisition and has played a key role in boosting employee performance through a robust Performance Management System supported with Rewards & Recognitions. A health & fitness professional herself, she has initiated health and meditation programs too in the organization promoting ‘A Healthy mind in a healthy body’. As ‘Management Representative’ for implementation of ISO 9001:2015 system in the organization, Priyanka Pandey has been ensuring processes needed for Quality Management System are established, implemented & maintained.

Ms. Minel Varghese

HR Business Partner

MBA in human resource management and post-graduation in commerce, Minel has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world. She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner and also certified on instructional design and facilitation skills. Minel has conducted extensive leadership training modules at Bonace enhancing effectiveness and efficiency at work. Minel’s strength as a trainer lies in the fact that she strikes a connection with the participants thus making the sessions interactive and productive. She has been managing the new vertical “ Bonace Care” with utmost proficiency.
